EMPLOYEE INFORMATION
Abram Germano - Estimator/Project Manager
Abram is an established tradesman, working in the trades
on and off his entire life. After graduating college
with a degree in science, Abram joined the Local 19
Union of Carpentry and worked steadily in the field for
approximately four years. It was then that Abram began
training to estimate projects and has since worked as an
Estimator and Project Manager. He continues to
demonstrate his ability and will surely have a promising
future here at Key.
Alfred Torreggiani - Owner/President
Alfred has extensive experience in all fields of
construction as well as small business. Beginning at an
early age, Alfred expressed interest in the trades.
Instead of attending a traditional high school, Alfred
opted for Saunders Trade and Technical School. According
to the New York Times, Saunders was the most
oversubscribed school in its district in 2003, a popular
choice for ambitious young adults seeking to jump-start
their careers.
After high school, Alfred further explored the field of
construction and engineering. He joined the United
States Army Corps of Engineers and later became an
estimator and project manager for Merritt-Meridian
Construction until the mid-1990s. At this time Alfred
decided to become a self-employed contractor and began
his own small business. After a few years he joined
forces with Glomar Construction, creating Key Interior.
In 2005 Alfred became the sole proprietor of the newly
formed Key Interiors, LLC as a result of a structured
buyout. He continues to push for expansion by being
involved in every aspect of his company.
Alfred is currently Secretary Treasurer for the
Construction Contractors Association (CCA) and Committee
Member for the Eileen M. Hickey Memorial Golf Tournament
benefiting the American Cancer Society.
Linda Schiller - Receptionist/Administrative
Assistant
Linda is our front desk receptionist at Key Interiors.
She is a resident of Dutchess County, and brings to our
office over 15 years in the administrative field in
several industries. Linda has four years of New York
State Title Insurance experience and has also provided
office support in construction, restoration and mold
remediation as a project assistant, utilizing her
customer service and organizational skills to emergency
services and Housing Development protocol for
homeowners, insurance companies, sub-contractors, and
businesses. She has also provided administrative office
support in property management. Her expertise in these
fields will be beneficial to our office
JoAnn Delligatti - Office Manager
JoAnn is currently the diligent office manager here at
Key. She has been a part of the growth of this company
from the very beginning and is therefore exceptionally
informed and invested. Being a graduate of Krissler
Business Institute in Poughkeepsie, JoAnn plays the
vital role of managing all administrative
responsibilities.
Martin Berenson - Estimator/Project Manager
Martin is an accomplished project manager, estimator,
and engineer. He is a graduate of Buffalo State
University, holding a degree in Communications. In his
post-college years Martin held various architectural and
engineering positions with organizations such as the
Monroe-Woodbury School District, Fanning Howey
Associates, and Glomar Construction, where he
specialized in project management for almost a decade.
As well as professional experience, Martin also
possesses systems skills being proficient in Microsoft
Office, Word Perfect, Access, Prolog, Tally Systems,
OnCenter, and AutoCAD. His accreditations include NYS
CPO, NYS Certified Asbestos Worker/Handler, and
Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer. Martin is a valued
Estimator and Project Manager here at Key, where we
utilize his extensive and varied experience.
Richard Dragotta - Director of Finishing Division
Richard is an experienced estimator and project manager
in Key's finishing division. He has particular knowledge
in the field of painting and small business ownership.
Prior to being employed at Key, Richard owned a painting
and decorating business for 30 years.
